Danielle Martin

Danielle is nine years old going on twenty. Her narration can be heard on the upcoming release The Spirit Spring. In addition to her narration duties, Danielle sings on one track, World of Making.

Among her many talents is Danielle's gift for telling stories. She has won her school district's UIL Storytelling Competition two years running. She has been invited to speak at professional storytelling conventions and gatherings.

Danielle is an avid reader. Her favourite authors are
John R. Erickson (Hank the Cowdog), Laura Ingalls-Wilder (Little House on the Prarie), Shel Silverstein (Where the Sidewalk Ends), and Jules Verne (20,000 Leagues Under the Sea).

Danielle has a love for the dance, and has won numerous regional ballet competitions.

She has a wonderful voice and a love for the stage. She likes to write stories, do artwork, and she writes poetry. Here is one of those poems:

Whale Haiku - by Danielle Martin

Far far out at sea,
A pod of Killer Whales breach,
Sometime at sundown.
